Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Each delivery takes place in 3 stages:

1. We prepare your order within 24 hours (this deadline may be extended in the event of high demand).

2. Once prepared, your order is sent by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days in France and in the main European cities (indicative deadline transmitted by La Poste). Allow up to a week for other destinations.

3. Once shipped, You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number .

the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Each piece of jewelry is personalized, We do not make any returns, exchanges or refunds except in the event of a damaged order .

Once your order is delivered, you have 3 days to report a damaged order to our customer service via the following address: contact@topo-paris.com (we thank you for attaching a photo to your email).

After this period, any claim will be refused.
