According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Each piece of jewelry being custom-made to the size of each customer's wrist, we do not make any returns, exchanges or refunds except in the event of a non-compliant order .

Once your order is delivered, you have a period of 3 days to report a problem of non-conformity of the product inherent to the seller ( reference error, size, inaccurate, imprecise description , non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the indications appearing on the order form)

The complaint must be made by e-mail to the following address: contact@lafilledusud.com (we thank you for attaching a photo to your email).

After this period, any claim will be refused. The return of the product can only be accepted for products not worn in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).

If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the buyer must then check the condition of the items. If the items have been damaged , the buyer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open, damaged, broken product, missing, etc.). Failure to do so, the buyer takes the risk of not being reimbursed for their purchase.
