For deliveries in Mainland France and Corsica, the delivery time is 6 days starting from the day after the buyer places the order, via Colissimo registered mail. In any event, the maximum delivery time shall be 30 working days after the conclusion of the contract.

For deliveries to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) or other countries, delivery terms and conditions will be specified to the buyer on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of failure to meet the agreed delivery date or timeframe, the buyer must, before terminating the contract, instruct the seller to perform the delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe. If delivery is not completed by the end of this new period, the buyer is free to terminate the contract. These successive formalities must be completed by the buyer via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or in writing on another durable medium. The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by the seller of the letter or written notice informing them of this termination, unless the professional has performed the delivery in the meantime. However, the buyer may immediately terminate the contract if the dates or deadlines mentioned above constitute an essential condition of the contract for them. In this case, once the contract is terminated, the seller is required to refund the buyer for all sums paid, no later than 14 days following the date the contract was denounced.

If the ordered product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order. The buyer may then choose to request either a refund of the sums paid (within 14 days of payment at the latest) or an exchange of the product.

Delivery is defined as the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer. Ordered products are delivered according to the terms and timeframes specified above.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form; the buyer must ensure its accuracy.

For delivery outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties or any other taxes due upon the importation of products into the delivery country. All related formalities are also the exclusive responsibility of the customer. The customer is solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importing the ordered products in accordance with the laws of the delivery territory.

Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Upon request, the buyer may have the invoice sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option on the order form.

If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card in the mailbox, allowing the package to be collected at the location and within the timeframe indicated.

If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If the items have been damaged, the buyer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (e.g., "package refused: opened, damaged, broken product, missing item..."). The buyer must indicate any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product, damaged package, broken products...) on the delivery note in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by their signature. Failure to do so may result in the buyer not being reimbursed. This verification is considered complete once the buyer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery note. The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier via registered mail no later than two working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter by fax or standard mail to the seller at the address indicated in the site's legal notices.

If a product needs to be returned due to a non-conformity attributable to the seller (error in reference, size, inaccurate or imprecise description, non-conformity in nature or quality compared to the order form), the buyer has 3 days following delivery to submit a return request to the seller. Any claim made beyond this period will be rejected. Returns will only be accepted for unworn products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
