Delivery

Each delivery takes place in 3 steps: 

1. We prepare your order within 1 to 3 working days (this time may be extended in case of high demand).

2. Once prepared, your order is shipped by La Poste within 3 working days in France and in major European cities (indicative time provided by La Poste). Allow up to a week for other destinations.

3. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Return

You can make a return except for gold granules and items sold by the meter which are cut to measure for each order (Gold wire, Gold strip, Chain by the cut) by respecting these conditions:

• Return costs are your responsibility.
• The return must be made within a 14-day period from receipt. Please contact our customer service by email:  contact@lafilledusud.com
• Items must be unworn, in perfect new condition, without scratches and accompanied by their original packaging.
